A Tragic Loss

Extended Home Living Services is mourning the loss of co-founder and CEO Joanie Browne who passed away on Sunday, July 15th at the age of 56. Joanie, a breast cancer survivor, died quietly after slipping into a coma due to complications arising from her battle with vasculitis.
Hundreds of family members, friends and business associates gathered on Tuesday, July 17th to remember Joanie and say their final farewells.

Joanie's Legacy
Joanie and her husband Al worked tirelessly for 17 years to build Extended Home Living Services into one of the largest accessiblity contractors in the country. Her business acumen, tenacious dedication and boundless energy kept EHLS moving forward through good times and bad. Business associates, clients and employees all respected her skills and intelligence. She will be remembered as a generous and caring boss by the entire EHLS staff.
Joanie can never be replaced or forgotten and everyone at EHLS will honor her memory by continuing to build the company she loved so dearly.
