Commercial Ramps for Public Buildings

Ramps - “Old Faithful” – born of simplicity: Ramps are often the best solution for a commercial or public building. People new to the building can find them and don’t need instruction on how to use them.

Space: The most significant issue with ramps is the space they require. The ADA calls for a 1:12 slope – or 12 inches of ramp for every 1 inch of rise. Needless to say, ramps can get quite long – but when the space is available they are often the right solution.
Materials: Public Building Ramps can be constructed from Wood, Concrete or Aluminum. Each material has its advantages – and EHLS can help you to determine which is best for your application.

Let EHLS help you design and build the commercial ramp your public building needs.
