When to Visit Our Stair Lift Showroom
Our showroom is open 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. However, if you have a busy weekday schedule, and cannot make it during operating hours, then we will arrange a time on the weekend for you to come visit our showroom.
In our showroom, we have a total of six stair lifts that you can test ride. We have four straight models (Bruno Elan, Bruno Elite, Handicare, Savaria K2) and two curved models (Bruno Elite CRE, and Hawle 10). You can test-ride as many of the lifts as you would like! The straight models are all standard models that we have in stock. Our curved models are custom made to fit on staircases that have curves/turns.
One of our experts will help you learn how to operate the stair lifts and find one that best fits your needs and staircase. We will also help you decide if you need to add any options to the stair lift such as a power folding foot rest. Below are all of the options available:
- Power Folding Foot Rest
- Larger Footrest
- Power Swivel Seat
- Larger Chair
- Manual or Power Folding Rail
Why Test Ride a Stair Lift?
When you invest in a stair lift, it is important to make sure that you find the model that you are most comfortable with. Pictures, videos, and facts are all very helpful, but a stair lift is a product that often needs to be seen in person. When you visit our showroom, you will be able to feel what it’s actually like to ride a stair lift. You will be able to feel how a lift starts, stops, rides around curves or turns, and learn all the basic controls that enable it to go up and down a stair case. With four brands of stair lifts available, you can compare how each model rides and decide which one works best for you.
Many of our customers visited our showroom before they purchased a stair lift. They found that being able to ride a stair lift before purchasing one allowed them to get a feel for how it will work in their home. It also removed any fear of not being able to understand how it fully operates after it was installed in their home. Here is a quote from one of our customers who visited our showroom before purchasing a stair lift: “Your showroom in Arlington Heights sold us as my husband was able to try all the lifts available and we chose a Bruno model for all of its wonderful functions.”
So, we highly encourage you to stop by and test a ride stair lift! We want you to be able to age in place and stay safe in the home you love. Giving a stair lift a test ride will help you confirm that it is the best product to help you get up and down the stairs in your home.
Please give us a call @ 847-215-9490 to schedule a time to test ride a stair lift, or feel free to stop by when it is most convenient for you! We hope to see you soon!
