  • Abilities Expo Chicago – Free yearly event for the community of people with disabilities, their families, caregivers, seniors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Access Living – Nonresidential Center for Independent Living providing advocacy and resources.
  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Association, Greater Chicago Chapter
  • Arlington Heights Senior Center - If you're a senior citizen living in Arlington Heights, is a great place to enjoy a wide variety of activities with friends and neighbors in the community. They host workshops, educational classes, and offer assistance in many different ways. Their lending closet is also a great place to visit if you need to rent a DME product such as a walker or cane.
  • Anixter Center - Organization that has been proudly helping people in the Chicago area with disabilities and behavioral health needs since 1919.
  • Assisting Hands - Provider of home health care and services for seniors in Arlington Heights and the surrounding suburbs.
  • Barrington Area Council on Aging (BACOA)– Support group for seniors living in the Barrington community.
  • Clearbrook - One of Chicagoland's leaders in creating innovative opportunities, services and supports for people with disabilities
  • Department of Human Services – Providing integrated support and the Department of Rehabilitation Services.
  • Department of Specialized Care for Children – Focused on the needs of children with disabilities.
  • DuPage County Senior Services – Support group providing resources to the senior community in DuPage County.
  • Elderwerks Educational Services - Organization that provides complimentary assistance in finding assisted living facilities, senior home care and other elder care resources for parents and loved ones. They strive to help people achieve long-term lifestyle goals as they age.
  • Home Thrive - Home Thrive is an organization that assists people with caring for older family members by providing advice and support services such as transportation and food and medical delivery.
  • Les Turner Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Foundation - Chicagoland's leader in comprehensive care for those with ALS. The Les Turner Foundation is the only independent publicly supported non-profit organization in the Chicago-area devoted solely to the treatment and elimination of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.
  • Mobility City - Cleaning and repair service for mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, power chairs, walkers, and more.
  • MOPD – City of Chicago Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities – Represents the diverse needs of Chicago’s citizens with disabilities.
  • North Shore Senior Center - Great resource for seniors living in the northern suburbs of Chicago to learn something new, connect with others, and take part in classes, clubs, trips, and other types of fun events.
  • Pioneer Center for Human Services - Non-profit charitable organization offering education and services to schools and community organizations.
  • Progress Center for Independent Living - Serving the suburbs of Cook County by providing people with disabilities the tools and resources that give the ability to be independent at home. There are 22 centers in Illinois.
  • Shirley Ryan Ability Lab - Transitional research and rehab lab in Chicago that is known as the "global source of science-driven breakthroughs in Human Ability".
  • Special Needs Chicago – Provides wheelchair accessible transportation throughout Chicago and the suburbs.
